Position summary:
The operator m ust possess the necessary enthusiasm, drive, and desire to succeed and discipline to achieve significant results for the organisation.
1. To ensure compliance with Company Health & Safety and Environmental policies.
2. Must be an excellent team player and confident communicator.
3. Ability to work calmly under pressure.
4. The operator will report directly to the MRO Manager.
Responsibilities:
5. To perform clean, test, repair, overhaul & inspection on MRO components
6. Maintain on time finishes to achieve customer TAT
7. Control work in progress
8. Work in accordance with the Collins Aerospace Core Values
9. Own 5s, TPM and participate in QCPC activities
10. Work in accordance with the Quality Cardinal Rules
11. Support FOD control program
12. Support all EH&S activities and initiatives
13. Achieve CORE Apprentice (Training given)
Minimum Requirements:
14. Apprentice trained, City & Guilds or equivalent / time served experience.
15. Communication skills
