Job Description
Hours of work:
* April to July: 18 hours per week
* September to December: 15 hours per week
* January to March: 6 hours per week
Working pattern: Part‑time, Term‑time only (working for 39 weeks per year plus 6 weeks annual leave which will increase after 5 years’ continuous service). As the position is part‑time/term‑time only, the above salary will be pro‑rata. Fixed term for: 10 months.

* Is patient, calm and able to genuinely listen to children, valuing their thoughts and feelings
* Is kind, caring and passionate about helping pupils succeed
* Can demonstrate versatility, flexibility and a proactive approach to supporting learning
* Can maintain confidentiality at all times
* Communicates clearly and positively with children, colleagues and parents
* Ideally has experience supporting pupils with SEND, or a willingness to learn
