We value candidates with strong evidence-led, user-centred design experience. Responsibilities: We lead and deliver service design activities across complex digital programmes. We map as-is and to-be journeys, identifying risks, dependencies and opportunities. We collaborate closely with user researchers, interaction designers, content designers, product managers and engineers. We facilitate workshops, co-design sessions and stakeholder alignment activities. We ensure service design outputs support GDS service assessments. We champion user-centred, evidence-led decision making across the programme. We shape end-to-end user journeys, operating models and service outcomes. We work with senior stakeholders to align service design with policy and operational requirements. The contract offers up to £500 per day inside IR35, is based in London with three days per week on-site, and has strong extension potential.
