What You’ll Do:
* Lead day-to-day casino operations, ensuring smooth delivery and high player engagement.
* Take ownership of the Casino P&L, driving GGR growth, bonus efficiency, and promotional ROI.
* Oversee game launches, content curation, and supplier relationships.
* Collaborate with CRM, marketing, and product teams to deliver top-tier promotions and campaigns.
* Build and mentor a small operations team, embedding a culture of excellence and accountability.
* Stay ahead of trends in player behaviour, competitor activity, and market performance.
What You’ll Bring:
* 2+ years’ experience in online gaming operations, product, or commercial roles.
* Strong commercial mindset, you understand what drives casino revenue and retention.
