Job Title: ServiceNow Technical Delivery Lead

Salary: Circa £60,000 depending on experience and skills
What you’ll be doing:
Leading a Scrum team of developers and technical testers to deliver ServiceNow solutions
Plans and drives ServiceNow development projects which support the organisation's objectives and plans
Monitors and reports on the progress of development projects. Ensures projects are carried out in accordance with agreed architectures, standards, methods and tools and addresses security and privacy requirements
Managing technical testing of ServiceNow solutions in controlled environments before go live
Maintaining ServiceNow including general housekeeping, data cleanse, reduction of technical debt, bug fixes and configuration
Support the delivery of software development using scrum methodology
Develops implementation plans for complex requests for change
Your skills and experiences:
Proven working knowledge of the ServiceNow platform
Experience managing internal and external stakeholders at a senior level
Proven experience managing small – medium teams
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in ITSM, HRSD, SPM
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in CSM, S2P, SecOps

The ServiceNow Technical Delivery Manager is accountable for leading the end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring technical excellence, timely execution, and alignment with business objectives. This role manages cross-functional teams, oversees project planning and execution, and acts as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
