Overview
This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced Technology Risk professional who wants to build teams, develop talent and grow a national Internal IT Audit capability. The Technology Risk practice is entering an exciting growth phase and is looking for a Director who brings energy, empathy and a growth mindset — someone motivated by creating opportunities for others as much as delivering high-quality work.
Role
You’ll co-lead the Technology Risk service line, with a strong focus on people development and sustainable growth. Your role will include:
* Leadership and oversight of the Internal IT Audit portfolio, including Chief Audit Executive responsibilities
* Coaching and mentoring team members, supporting clear career pathways and progression
* Collaborating on the growth of Technology Risk and Advisory services
* Supporting business development and go-to-market activity across Risk Assurance
* Contributing to national initiatives across People, Growth, Quality and Operations
About You
* 15+ years’ experience in Internal IT Audit and Technology Advisory (practice and/or industry)
* A proven track record of growing teams and services, not just delivering engagements
* Passionate about developing people and future leaders
* Commercially aware, collaborative and values-driven
* Known for a people-first leadership style
