Whether you're an experienced cover supervisor or a graduate thinking about a future in teaching, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience. We are looking for confident communicators who maintain a calm and professional manner in the classroom. The ideal candidates will enjoy working with young people and be able to build positive relationships quickly. While previous experience in education, coaching, mentoring, or youth work is desirable, it’s not essential. Most importantly, we’re seeking reliable, organised, and flexible team players who are committed to supporting students and contributing to a positive school environment.
Your Role Will Involve:
Stepping into the classroom to deliver pre-prepared lessons across various subjects.
Keeping students focused and engaged in their learning.
Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a safe, respectful learning environment.
Supporting students to meet lesson objectives during teacher absence.
