Recsure Personnel is recruiting on behalf of a leading manufacturer for an experienced Injection Moulding Machine Setter. This hands-on role is key to ensuring that machines and production processes are optimised for quality, efficiency, and safety. Location: Telford Salary: £15.93 Job type: Full-time, Permanent You will be responsible for setting up and maintaining injection moulding machinery to achieve high-quality output, low scrap rates, and maximum productivity. The role also includes occasional shift leader cover during holidays and supporting machine operators in delivering production targets. Key Responsibilities * Set injection moulding machines to optimum conditions to produce quality components * Optimise machine/robot cycle times for efficiency * Carry out colour, insert, printer, and mould changes as per production plan * Perform regular quality and material tests (MFI) * Implement corrective actions for reported quality issues * Provide break cover for machine operators and ensure smooth workflow * Minimise scrap rates and changeover wastage * Complete accurate documentation and production records * Maintain high housekeeping standards on the shop floor * Correctly load/unload recycling and new materials into silos * Follow all Health & Safety rules and guidelines Person Specification – Essential * Proven Plastic Injection Moulding experience * ...
