Customer Liaison Officer (Temporary - 6 Months) Location: Leeds (covering Leeds, Bradford, Scarborough & North Yorkshire) Start Date: Immediate Rate: 14.40 PAYE (Holiday with pay) - 16.13 PIR (Holiday rolled in to rate) Our client is seeking a Customer Liaison Officer to support a major social housing retrofit and energy efficiency programme across Yorkshire. This is a full-time temporary role for an initial 6-month period, with potential to become permanent. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm. Key Responsibilities: Act as the main point of contact for residents, handling enquiries professionally Arrange access to properties and follow up on no-access cases Support resident and community engagement initiatives Clearly communicate works, timelines, and updates to customers Resolve access or resident issues efficiently, escalating where required Maintain accurate records of communications and project activity Requirements: Previous experience in a similar customer-facing role Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to handle sensitive situations with resilience Proficient in Microsoft Office Full UK driving licence Desirable: Experience within the social housing sector This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced project making a real difference to communities through improved housing and sustainability initiatives.
