Location: Crewe, CW1 Hours: 40 hours per week Contract: Temporary – Ongoing Start Date: ASAP Pay Rate: Dependent on experience KPI Recruiting are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Crewe (CW1). Working Hours Monday – Thursday: 6:00am – 4:00pm Every other Friday: 6:00am – 4:00pm The Role This is a full production role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Duties will include: Involvement in the full production process Loading cans onto conveyor belts Packing finished products into boxes Stacking and organising boxes onto pallets Wrapping and transporting pallets to specification Moving wrapped pallets to the finished goods area Supporting stock handling activities Minimising production waste Carrying out end-of-day inspections Important Site Rules No electronic devices (including mobile phones or smart watches) are permitted on the production floor All electronic items must be stored in lockers provided Requirements Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred but not essential Good attention to detail Ability to work as part of a team Physically fit and reliable Pay & Benefits Competitive hourly rate dependent on experience Weekly pay – paid every Friday On-Site Facilities Free car parking Canteen How to Apply To apply, please submit your CV or contact Hayley Smith at KPI Recruiting on for more information.
