Position Summary
This role supports operational efficiency by overseeing the intake of customer orders, ensuring system accuracy, and contributing to effective service delivery scheduling.
Responsibilities
* Receive, validate, and process customer orders within internal systems.
* Provide professional customer support and resolve service-related issues.
* Manage forecasting, scheduling, or predictive tools to optimise delivery and workflow planning.
Requirements
* Proficient in office software and digital order-management tools.
* Strong communication abilities and customer-focused mindset.
* Detail-oriented with strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
* Able to operate effectively within a busy, collaborative environment.
* Previous experience in operations or customer service is preferred.
