Key Responsibilities: Resolve complex IT issues beyond first-line support capabilities. Perform system administration, configuration, and user access management. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related problems. Manage security access and compliance with IT policies. Support the installation, repair, and maintenance of IT equipment. Coordinate with external service providers to resolve escalated issues. Assist in IT risk management, disaster recovery, and business continuity. Keep users informed about the status of their incidents and service requests. About You: Experience in a 2nd line IT support role or similar technical support position. Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies and end-user hardware support. Familiarity with IT security standards, system administration, and access rights management. Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
