The Role As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will: • Provide flexible classroom support across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. • Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management. • Work 1:1 and in small groups to support pupils’ learning and wellbeing. • Adapt quickly to new settings and follow teacher plans effectively. • Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment in every class. Requirements We’re looking for a Supply Teaching Assistant who: • Has experience supporting children in primary education. • Holds a Level 2 or Level 3 TA qualification (or equivalent). • Is flexible, proactive, and confident working across different year groups. • Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Holds (or is willing to apply for) an enhanced DBS check in line with safeguarding standards.
