We are seeking a Senior Clinical Team Administrator to support the East Suffolk Locality Governance Manager role for a 6-month fixed-term opportunity. The post holder will undertake data reporting, populate reports, follow up on actions following incidents, audits, and service developments for both inpatient and community services. Liaising with individual services, Community Matrons, and Operational Managers is essential to ensure compliance with patient safety responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will be very organized, with experience in administrative settings, and ideally possess knowledge or interest in clinical governance, healthcare, and the NHS.
Responsibilities include:
1. Providing accurate, prompt, and efficient administrative support to multidisciplinary teams, including creating presentations, spreadsheets, and complex, confidential reports.
2. Contributing to effective communication by liaising with internal and external parties and agencies as required.
3. Offering secretarial and administrative support to enable the team to provide efficient service to all customers.
4. Participating in ongoing audits and service development initiatives.
5. Responding to the needs of the service to meet the Trust's requirements.
6. Demonstrating interpersonal skills, including a proactive, diplomatic approach and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
7. Using ICT tools effectively, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or equivalent.
