Our client, an established law firm, is seeing an experienced legal property secretary to support a very busy team. The position is available to start immediately. Duties will include typing of correspondence,opening files, performing searches and completion statements, post exchange completion administration, completing SDLT forms, communicating with clients and third parties and internal staff. Previous conveyancing experience is essential together with excellent oral and written communication skills and attention to detail. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established and very friendly team.
