You will join a boutique Private Client team as their new Private Client Fee Earner and manage your own caseload while delivering a high-quality, client-focused service across a broad range of private client matters.
For the right candidate, there is a clear pathway to Head of Department level.
The Role
You will join a boutique Private Client team, you will manage your own caseload while delivering a high-quality, client-focused service across a broad range of private client matters.
Key Responsibilities (but not limited to)
* Manage a varied caseload including Wills, Probate, LPAs, Estates, and Trusts
* Draft legal documents and provide clear, client-focused advice
* Handle matters from instruction through to completion
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Ensure compliance with SRA standards and firm procedures
* Support junior team members where appropriate
* Contribute to business development and networking activity
* Manage billing, time recording, and meet fee targets
About You
* 3–5 years PQE (or equivalent experience in a similar role)
* Strong technical knowledge within Private Client law
* Excellent communication and client care skills
* Driven, ambitious, and keen to progress your career
* A team player who thrives in a supportive environment
What’s On Offer
* Competitive salary of up to £35,000 - £45,000 (DOE)
