Role Summary

EQInvest are seeking candidate’s with administration skills to join our team in Worthing. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives on working in a busy office environment, and it will provide you with opportunities to learn new skills and the potential to progress with the company.

If you have administration experience ideally within the Financial Industry and can demonstrate the following skills, experience and behaviours, then this is a great opportunity for you to join the team at Equiniti.

Business Function

EQInvest provides the tools investors need to access the market and buy, sell and hold investments in a cost-effective way. The team in Lancing comprises of approximately 40 staff.

Core Duties / Responsibilities

1. Meeting targets for accuracy, quality and volume and agreed service levels
2. Achievement of agreed business objectives/service standards
3. Proactively contributing to the success of the team
4. Identifies opportunities to develop business and meet customer needs
5. Takes personal responsibility for resolving customer concerns
6. When required provide project support ensuring own deliverables are on time and to specification

Skills, Capabilities and Attributes

7. Excellent IT skills
8. Self-motivated
9. Applies skill, effort and judgement to get the job done
10. Ability to learn new tasks with minimal supervision
11. Strives to exceed customer expectations
12. Ability to plan tasks and keep to timescales
13. Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
14. Excels as a Team Player as well as an individual
