Currently through enabling works and moving into full production from autumn 2025, the scheme is structured in multiple phases with the first phase running circa three years and the overall programme offering genuine job security for the next 5–10 years. This is a large-scale, greenfield development incorporating complex civils, deep basements, sustainable structural solutions and significant infrastructure packages.
