Principal Program Financial Analyst
Rapiscan Systems is a global leader in detection technology, delivering advanced cargo and vehicle inspection systems for ports, borders, military, and high-security facilities. Our innovative X-ray solutions help combat terrorism, smuggling, and trade fraud across the globe.
We’re currently seeking a Principal Program Financial Analyst to join our team. This strategic role partners closely with program management to drive financial performance across multiple programs within Rapiscan, AS&E and S2 Global.
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) is essential
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead project accounting activities, including estimates-to-complete (ETC) and estimates-at-completion (EAC)
* Prepare and analyze program baselines, actuals, and variances
* Deliver financial insights to Finance and Management teams
* Develop budgets and forecasts for revenue and R&D programs
* Support monthly forecasting and gross margin analysis
* Respond to customer financial data requests
* Ensure accurate month-end financial entries
* Collaborate across departments in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* High attention to detail with analytical problem-solving ability
* Experience in program finance/accounting, especially ETC/EAC
* Skilled in Excel and PowerPoint
* Background in Finance or Accounting preferred
* Knowledge of financial costing, pricing, and US GAAP is a plus
