We are currently recruiting a Recruitment & Retention Coordinator to join our growing HR Team.
This is a brand-new role and a fantastic opportunity to work within a fast-paced in-house HR Team.
As a Recruitment & Retention Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of our recruitment strategies and workforce plans. This will include attracting, engaging, recruiting and retaining top talent across our organisation, alongside proactively driving recruitment initiatives, entry routes and ensuring effective and efficient management of our employee benefits and salary sacrifice schemes.
We are therefore seeking proactive and organised individuals, with self-drive and motivation who are passionate about delivering the best possible results for our people and organisation.
Essential Criteria
* Level 3 CIPD Qualified or equivalent experience
* Demonstrable working knowledge of key principles of effective and efficient customer service and support
* Good standard knowledge of HR and payroll policies and procedures and awareness of the impact on employment legislation
* Experience of managing, reviewing and procuring employee benefits and salary sacrifice schemes
* Experience of co-ordinating and delivering on recruitment campaigns
* Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems
* Ability to develop and influence relationships
* Ability to cope with constantly changing environment and think of ways to deliver change effectively
