Job Description
We are looking for a kind, reliable, and experienced Personal Assistant (PA) to support a friendly young girl with a disability to enjoy outings and activities in the community.

Roles and Responsibilities
* Support with social activities and outings (e.g. parks, shops, local events)
* Promote independence, confidence, and safety
* Provide encouragement and companionship during activities
* Some personal care may be involved depending on the girl’s needs
Required Training
* Experience working with children/young people with disabilities or additional needs
* Patience, empathy, and a person-centred approach
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
* Full driving licence and access to a car
