1. Volume Car Dealership
2. Basic Salary up to £35,000
3. Achievable earnings over £40,000
4. Monday to Friday only
I am currently working with a large franchised dealership who is looking for someone that can come into the business and keep the workshop running smoothly and providing a top customer service for their site located In Exeter.
What is needed as a Workshop Controller:
5. Previous experience working within a workshop.
6. Able to delegate jobs to the right technicians depending on skill level.
7. Can keep make sure Technicians keep to tight deadlines.
8. Able to help nurture and develop apprentices.
9. Can help and give advice on technical faults.
10. Able to prepare and process paperwork correctly.
11. Can deal with customer queries.
12. Able to assist with account and cash sale invoicing.
13. Can keep the workshop compliant to the manufacturer.
