Our Financial Services client is looking for a Business Analyst to join their team on a 12-month fixed term basis where you’ll play a central part in simplifying and modernising their core banking product propositions as they migrate to a new system.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
* Analysing legacy products and recommend whether to migrate or retire them, ensuring consistency and reduced risk.
* Identify how changes affect customers and support comms planning.
* Produce notices of variation, track actions, and prepare clear reports for senior stakeholders.
For this role you should have:
* Strong experience as a BA within retail banking essential
* Strong knowledge of current and savings accounts - this is essential experience
* Mortgages experience would be advantageous
* Strong analysis skills; process mapping, ‘as is’ & ‘to be’ states, requirements gathering
* Excellent stakeholder management skills
* A proactive and adaptable mindset, capable of managing multiple priorities and working effectively within cross-functional teams.
