AXA Partners is seeking a dedicated Business Analyst to enhance operational efficiency and support strategic initiatives across the organization.
Responsibilities
* Analyze and document current business processes across departments, identifying areas for improvement.
* Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders, developing clear, practical solutions.
* Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations.
* Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, proposing solutions to reduce costs and streamline operations.
* Collaborate with operations, IT, and other teams to design and implement process improvements.
* Support change initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems and ways of working.
* Monitor the impact of implemented changes and provide ongoing analysis for continuous improvement.
* Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations, maintaining high standards of operational integrity.
Requirements
* Experience in analyzing and improving business processes, ideally within insurance or related industries.
* Proficiency with process mapping tools such as Visio, Bizagi, or Lucidchart.
* Knowledge of insurance systems and regulatory requirements such as GDPR, Solvency II, or AML is a plus.
* Strong data interpretation skills and ability to create visual reports for diverse audiences.
* Excellent collaboration skills with different teams and stakeholders.
* Proactive mindset with keen attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.

Eligibility: Must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
