* Lead and coordinate high-quality delivery of English and Maths
* Manage and support a team of lecturers and support staff
* Ensure excellent teaching, assessment, and student achievement
* Track learner progress and oversee verification and compliance
* Contribute to curriculum design and innovation
* Promote high expectations, positive behaviour, and learner morale
* Engage with internal teams and external stakeholders to raise standards

* A relevant degree and a Level 5 teaching qualification
* Strong FE/secondary teaching experience with proven learner outcomes
* Leadership ability or the desire to step into a career-propelling role
* Passion for education and commitment to inclusive, high-impact teaching
* Excellent communication, coordination, and mentoring skills
