Job Roles & Responsibilities: -
* Provide end-user support for desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.
* Deliver AV support and troubleshoot urgent conference setup issues.
* Provide VIP-level support and ensure prioritized resolution of incidents.
* Execute IMAC activities, hardware replacements, and printer troubleshooting.
* Manage depot tasks including device imaging, configuration, and inventory handoff.
* Support onboarding and offboarding workflows in coordination with IT, HR, and Security.
* Document processes, SOPs, and ticket resolutions using ServiceNow.
Job Skills & Requirements:-
* 6 8 years of relevant IT support experience.
* Strong knowledge of endpoint devices and peripherals.
* Familiarity with ServiceNow, ProxyPro, and Microsoft Entra Self-Service.
* Basic network troubleshooting skills.
* ITIL awareness and customer-focused mindset.
* High attention to detail and ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.
* Certification: CompTIA A+ or equivalent required.
