Overview
Recruitment Assistant - Full-time, Temp, 1-month. This role is based at our Head Office in Tytherington, Macclesfield with hybrid working options (home and office).
Responsibilities
* Assist the Recruitment Team in ensuring the delivery of all recruitment requests
* Ensure all information on the recruitment systems is up to date and accurate
* Ensure all new starters are set up on our internal system
* Liaise with workers and chase outstanding documents
* Assist with setting up workers on our training system, Litmos Heroes
* Ensure all workers have correct uniform
* Support with creating ID badges for new starters
* Assist with arranging interviews
* Ensure all necessary documents are accurate and sent out
Qualifications and Skills
The successful candidate must have:
* Good telephone manner
* High attention to detail
* Strong organisational skills
* Ability to use Microsoft Office
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain accuracy under pressure
