Production Operator - Fixed Day or Night Shifts
Location: Ballymena
Pay Rate: £ per hour + time and a quarter for overtime
Shifts Available:
* Day Shift: 6am-6pm or 7am-7pm
* Night Shift: 7pm-3am
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent
We are currently recruiting Production Operators to join a busy and growing production facility. This role offers long-term stability, fixed shifts, and a clear pathway to permanent employment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operating machinery and production equipment
* Assisting with assembly, packing, and quality checks
* Working effectively as part of a team to meet daily targets
* Following all health and safety procedures
* Keeping work areas clean and organised
What We're Looking For:
* Previous production experience is desirable but not required
* Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
* Basic English communication skills
* A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
* Fixed day or night shift - choose what suits you
