We are seeking a Prospecting Sales Representative to join our dynamic team and help us grow our presence across key markets, including industrial, oil and gas, and first responders. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, engaging with clients, and closing deals.

About the Role

As a Prospecting Sales Representative, you’ll be at the forefront of our business growth, identifying and engaging with targeted accounts. You’ll connect with potential clients through email and phone outreach, arrange face-to-face meetings, and represent the company’s cutting-edge products and services. This role combines the excitement of prospecting new opportunities with the satisfaction of seeing tangible results from your efforts.

Your day-to-day will involve:

1. Proactively reaching out to potential clients, presenting our products and services, and sparking interest in what we offer.
2. Scheduling and attending face-to-face meetings with prospective clients to build relationships and understand their needs.
3. Targeting businesses within industrial, oil and gas, and first responders markets, offering tailored solutions to meet their challenges.
4. Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring they return to us for their future needs.
5. Managing your sales pipeline, keeping track of leads, follow-ups, and conversions to ensure you meet your targets.

What We’re Looking For

1. Thrives in a target-driven role and enjoys the challenge of meeting and exceeding goals.
2. Has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and can confidently present ideas and solutions.
3. Builds rapport quickly, forging lasting relationships with clients.
4. Is self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage their time effectively.
5. Has experience in a sales environment, particularly in roles with performance-based rewards, such as car sales, retail sales, or similar target-driven roles.
6. You don’t need to have experience in the industrial, oil and gas, or first responders sectors – we’ll provide all the industry-specific training you need.
