World Class Defence Organisation is currently looking to recruit an Occupational Health Advisor (can be full time or part-time) subcontractor on an initial 12-month contract. The role is a hybrid of working from home and onsite, with the base site at either Bristol, Stevenage, or Bolton.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 4:00pm, with some flexibility. Full-time candidates may work two days from home; part-time candidates must work at least three days.
Contract Duration:
12 months initially, with potential for long-term employment.
Job Description:
Join our friendly and forward-thinking in-house OH team as part of a multidisciplinary group. You will contribute to delivering a high-quality occupational health service, including case management, health surveillance, fitness for work assessments, and travel health awareness. Wellness assessments requiring phlebotomy skills are also part of the role.
The role demands strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with HR, managers, and safety colleagues. It is primarily site-based with some flexibility for remote work and occasional travel to other sites.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct health surveillance, pre-employment assessments, fitness assessments, lifestyle screening, and health & wellbeing campaigns.
* Deliver proactive, face-to-face technical services.
Candidate Requirements:
* NMC Registered General Nurse (essential).
* Preferably NMC Registered Occupational Health Specialist Practitioner (SCPHN) with Part 3 qualification.
* Broad occupational health nursing experience and evidence of career progression.
* Phlebotomy skills (desirable, training provided).
* Experience with spirometry and audiometry (training provided).
* Travel health experience (desirable).
* ECG skills (desirable, training provided).
* Passion for health and wellbeing.
* Proactive, organized, and able to multitask.
* Excellent IT skills and experience with OH data management systems.
