Assistant Quantity Surveyor Opportunity
Are you an Assistant Quantity Surveyor looking to work on a prestigious project with excellent career growth prospects? My client, a leading UK construction company renowned for supporting and developing its team members, has an exciting opening to join their team.
You'll support the commercial team on a £190M project in the West Midlands. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience on a high-value project while learning from a supportive team of industry experts.
Operating across sectors like healthcare, education, leisure, student accommodation, commercial, and luxury hotels, my client delivers projects valued between £30M and £200M, offering diverse exposure and long-term progression opportunities.
This role is perfect for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor with 1-2 years of experience who is eager to advance their career and work on impactful projects within a thriving company.
Requirements:
1. Eager to learn and develop within the industry
2. Construction qualification, or relevant experience.
3. Main contracting background
4. Self-motivated and professionally driven.
5. Able to work on own initiative.
6. Competent with Microsoft Excel and Word.
7. Full Clean UK License
