HGV Maintenance Controller - Keep Our Fleet Moving!

* Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per year
* Schedule: Monday to Friday
* Location: Felixstowe

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Fleet Coordination: Ensure vehicle services, MOTs, and hires are scheduled and completed on time.
* Maintenance Compliance: Track inspections, manage records, and maintain fleet documentation.
* Liaison & Support: Work closely with suppliers, contractors, and workshops to keep everything running like clockwork.
* Breakdown Response: Arrange servicing, coordinate repairs, and handle roadside assistance when needed.
* Customer & Supplier Relations: Build strong working relationships with clients and service providers via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Confidence in communicating with suppliers, contractors, and workshop teams.
