Workdays in this nursery are spent engaging with children’s ideas, extending learning through play, and making the most of stimulating indoor and outdoor environments. The Level 3 Nursery Practitioner plays a key role in planning activities, supporting development, and delivering the EYFS in a practical, child-led way.

What You’ll Do
* Provide consistent, high-quality care and education within your room
* Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS
* Observe, assess, and record children’s development accurately
* Support children’s learning through play and daily routines
* Maintain safeguarding, health, and safety standards
* Work closely with colleagues and communicate effectively with parents and carers
What You’ll Need
* Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
* Recent experience working in an EYFS nursery setting
* Good working knowledge of the EYFS
* Confidence supporting children’s learning and development
* Ability to work reliably as part of a consistent team
