* In possession of a full UK driving licence and own car (essential)
Key responsibilitiesof a LettingsNegotiatorwill include, but will not be limited to:
* Conduct property valuations and negotiate rental prices with landlords
* Grow your property portfolio by identifying and maximising new business opportunities
* Arrange and conduct viewings, and negotiate offers
* Build and maintain strong landlord relationships to generate repeat business
* Handle general administration to ensure smooth processes
