Responsibilities
* Support in leading and inspiring an energetic team to deliver the best customer experience
* Keep things running smoothly, from the customer lobby to the back‑of‑house operation
* Drive performance, quality, and customer satisfaction every shift
* Manage stock, schedules, training and all other operational responsibilities
Qualifications
* Previous restaurant management experience (or strong assistant ready to step up!)
* A hands‑on, can‑do attitude
* Love for food, people, and building a buzz
* Calm under pressure – fast‑paced? You thrive in it!
