Responsibilities

• Deliver and coordinate the successful completion of all aspects of Fluid Power qualifications.
• Provide hands‑on coaching and technical guidance to learners in the training centre.
• Train apprentices in line with relevant awarding body standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant occupational experience within Maintenance Engineering and Fluid Power.
• Mandatory Level 3 Engineering related qualification.
• Good communication, presentation skills and ability to adapt to a dynamic, rewarding environment.
• Position subject to Enhanced DBS clearance.
