Person Specification

The ideal KS2 Teacher will:

* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

* Have proven experience teaching Years 3–6

* Possess strong classroom management skills and a proactive, positive attitude

* Have experience differentiating for SEND and EAL learners

* Be enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed to delivering engaging lessons

* Demonstrate excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills

* Bring creativity and energy to lessons and school initiatives

* Familiarity with digital learning platforms and technology integration

* Experience running extracurricular clubs or school projects
