Overview
We’re looking for kind, compassionate Registered Nurses to join our care home teams. Responsibilities
* Provide person-centred care in a nurse-led environment, supporting Residents and their families during times of need.
* Mentor and share knowledge with colleagues, and provide support as a practice supervisor and assessor to students.
* Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication and model professional behaviours.
* Advocate for residents and deliver high-quality care, including making complex decisions in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team.
* Safeguard residents by recognising signs of abuse, harm, or neglect, attending safeguarding training, and reporting concerns as required.
Qualifications
* Registered Nurse with at least 12 months experience in Health or Social Care.
* Valid NMC PIN and a commitment to professional standards of practice.
* Ability to mentor others and support as a supervisor and assessor to students.
* Strong communication skills and a commitment to a person-centred approach to care.
