About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious
Assistant Site Manager
to join a flagship
timber frame volume housing development
in Nuneaton. Immediate starts available.
Responsibilities
Support the Site Manager in overseeing day-to-day site operations.
Coordinate and supervise trades to ensure quality standards and deadlines are met.
Monitor health & safety on site and ensure compliance at all times.
Assist with snagging, inspections, and site handovers.
Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and the wider project team.
Requirements
Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager within
new build housing .
Knowledge of
timber frame construction
preferred.
Valid
SMSTS/SSSTS ,
First Aid at Work, and
CSCS
certifications.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ambitious, proactive, and looking to progress within a large housing scheme.
