We're looking for a proactive, hands-on Account Manager to join our fast-paced industrial recruitment team.
Working with clients in warehousing, manufacturing, logistics, and production, you'll manage client accounts and take an active role in resourcing candidates to meet daily demands.
This is a varied role that combines client relationship management with direct delivery: posting jobs, sourcing candidates, screening, and ensuring compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Build and grow relationships with industrial sector clients
Post job ads, source, and screen candidates for temp and perm roles
Check candidate compliance and right-to-work documentation
Coordinate high-volume recruitment campaigns, often at short notice
Visit client sites to review service and check in new starters
Ability to work independently in a fast paced enviroment/team
