Our consulting team offers six core solutions: business transformation, forensic, deal services, restructuring, finance function support, and risk and governance. We address clients' unique needs, challenges, and opportunities, supporting global expansion, acquisitions, private equity investments, and risk management. We focus on simplicity, data-driven insights, assurance, and high-quality execution to help clients build sustainable businesses.
We are expanding our Forensic and Investigation Services team, with flexibility on geography. Ideal candidates are interested in fraud prevention through investigation, control gaps, training staff, or a combination. Our team provides counter-fraud services to public and private clients, including NHS bodies, reporting to the NHS Counter Fraud Authority. Our staff undertake proactive and reactive fraud investigations, criminal investigations, and prosecutions.
You will have experience in delivering relevant tasks, engaging with clients independently, planning and overseeing work, and liaising at all levels. Investigators in our reactive team should be capable of conducting investigations independently, assessing referrals, setting lines of enquiry, taking witness statements, and conducting interviews under caution. Experience in presenting criminal prosecutions is preferred.
You will make an impact by:
* Undertaking Fraud and Bribery Risk Assessments, working with senior managers to evaluate controls and residual risk.
* Reviewing policies related to fraud and bribery, ensuring effective controls are in place.
* Liaising with senior staff, reporting to Directors or CFOs, producing work plans and reports for Audit Committees.
* Handling referrals, identifying losses or gains, and conducting investigations.
* Requesting information under the Data Protection Act, gathering evidence, and conducting witness interviews.

* Ability to pass security vetting (NPPV + SC) and DBS clearance.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong organizational skills to manage workloads and deliver high-quality client service.
* Ability to work independently, use initiative, and exceed client expectations.
