Executive Assistant
West End, London | £50,000–£65,000 | 4 Days in the Office | Temp-to-Perm Opportunity
Working Hours: 7:30am–5:00pm
We are supporting a highly regarded global investment firm in the search for an Executive Assistant to support Portfolio Managers and Research teams within a collaborative, high-performing and fast-paced environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant who enjoys becoming a trusted partner to their stakeholders, building strong relationships and providing seamless support within a dynamic investment business.
The successful candidate will be proactive, highly organised and confident managing competing priorities whilst maintaining exceptional attention to detail and professionalism.
The Role
• Complex diary management across multiple stakeholders and time zones
• Coordinating extensive international and domestic travel, itineraries and logistics
• Managing expenses and providing high-quality administrative support
• Supporting Portfolio Managers and Research Analysts with day-to-day coordination
• Organising internal and external meetings, conference calls and video meetings
• Liaising confidently with internal teams, clients and external stakeholders
• Supporting wider team initiatives and operational projects
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance team efficiency
About You
• Previous Executive Assistant experience gained within investment management, asset management, private equity, hedge funds or another fast-paced financial services environment
• Experience supporting multiple senior stakeholders simultaneously
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
• Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working independently
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to build relationships at all levels
• A collaborative approach and the ability to become a trusted member of the team
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
