We're working with an innovative UK provider of children's residential care and education, and we're looking for a Registered Manager to lead one of our warm, supportive homes in Melksham, Wiltshire.
What You'll Do:
* Lead a caring, positive home environment.
* Ensure compliance with Children's Homes Regulations and deliver high-quality care.
* Inspire and support a motivated staff team.
* Manage budgets, resources, and the home environment.
* Champion safeguarding and work with external professionals.
* Drive continuous improvement and uphold the Statement of Purpose.
What You'll Bring:
1. Strong experience in children's residential care management.
2. Excellent understanding of legislation and safeguarding.
3. Confident leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
4. NVQ/QCF Level 3 Children & Young People AND Level 5 Lead...
