DaVita is seeking a Nurse to join our outpatient dialysis center, where you can make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. We value compassionate, empathetic care—care you'd want for your own loved ones.
Some details about this position:
1. No dialysis experience required.
2. Training may occur at a facility or training clinic other than your assigned home clinic.
3. Float to various clinics during and after training.
4. Flexible schedule required, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
What you can expect:
1. Build long-term relationships with patients and their families in a close-knit outpatient setting.
2. Be part of a supportive team in a positive environment.
3. Deliver care to patients with multiple co-morbidities, requiring a broad range of nursing skills.
4. Oversee patient care with the support of PCTs, including observations, stats measurement, and machine setup.
5. Work in a fast-paced environment, applying your head, heart, and hands daily.

Requirements:
1. An Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school is required; a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N) or a three-year diploma from an accredited program may substitute.
2. Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg is helpful but not required.
3. Certification as a Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Dialysis Nurse (CDN) is a plus.
