Opportunity
We are looking for a talented & ambitious individual to join our Digital Sales team as a District Manager. This role provides a launchpad into software sales or a trajectory toward Enterprise Sales and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively engage new prospects
* Use social selling and CRM data to source opportunities
* Identify HR/Payroll pain points and engage prospects in live projects
* Stay current on market trends and educate prospects on insights, threats and opportunities for improved HR/Payroll processes
* Achieve KPIs and target activity & meetings booked
* Collaborate with leaders and colleagues to define outreach campaigns
* Demonstrate ADP solutions
* Manage the full end‑to‑end sales cycle with prospects
* Cleans and maintains your own data set for accurate strategies
Qualifications
* Based in the UK, within daily commutable distance to our Staines office
* Experience in a complex sales environment
* Track record of meeting a sales quota for at least 12 months
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Competitive drive and a desire to be the best
* Flexible attitude
* Enthusiastic and ambitious, with clear desire to progress within a large organization
* Articulate with strong business acumen and commercial awareness
* Experience with a CRM system (ideally Salesforce)
