We are recruiting for Customer Care Support to join our Customer Care Team at Bents!

This is a permanent part-time role offering 20 hours per week.
The role requires a flexible approach and includes working one late night a week and alternate weekends.
Please note we are a small team, so having a flexible approach is required to cover holidays, sickness, and peak periods.
What is the Customer Care role?
We are looking for a Customer Care Support to join our Customer Care Team to provide an exceptional world-class experience to our customers across all communication channels with the business. Within our support office, you will handle day-to-day customer inquiries through an omni-channel experience including telephone, email, and in-person interactions, responding quickly and efficiently to customer queries.
You will have an enthusiastic, friendly, approachable, customer-focused personality with exceptional communication skills. With a passion for service and previous customer service experience, you'll be eager to work in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for candidates who:
* Have experience working in a similar customer service role.
* Have previous experience in a call handling role.
* Can manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work efficiently under pressure.
* Can work effectively as part of a team and be proactive.
