What you’ll be doing:
Leading the shift team through the usual mix of planned and reactive work
Keeping breakdowns under control without losing your head over them
Supporting continuous improvement and project work (yes, that’s actually happening)
Handovers that aren’t a mystery novel — you’ll give and get clarity from other shifts
Being the grown-up in the room when things go sideways
What you’ll need:
Strong engineering background – electrical, mechanical, or both
Experience leading teams in an FMCG or food environment
A calm head, thick skin, and a sense of humour wouldn’t hurt
Willing to rotate between days and nights
