About the Role
EggMonkey is growing its football community in Lincoln, and we’re looking for reliable, energetic individuals to help run our sessions. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for setting up and managing small-sided games, leagues, and tournaments.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and manage football sessions (equipment, teams, timings)
Operate and manage VEO camera recording during games
Ensure sessions run smoothly and on time
Engage with players and maintain a positive, welcoming environment
Handle basic coordination during leagues and tournaments
Schedule
Tuesdays: 8:45 PM – 10:00 PM
Thursdays:
Current: 8:45 PM – 10:00 PM
Sundays (Afternoons):
Alternate between Intercity Leagues (2 hours) and Tournaments (3 hours)
Requirements
Must be 18 years or older
Must have a valid driving license and access to a car
Reliable and punctual
Comfortable managing groups and taking initiative
Interest in football is highly preferred
Equipment Handling
You will be responsible for transporting and setting up:
VEO Camera
Tripod (2–3 meters)
Footballs and bibs
Pay Structure
£15 per hour
Approx. £18.75 per standard session (75 mins)
£30 for league sessions (2 hours)
£45 for tournament sessions (3 hours)
