Duties
* Manage all aspects of café operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service

* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
* Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients for food production.
* Monitor financial performance, including sales targets and cost control measures.
Skills
* Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a café or restaurant setting.
* Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management and supervising staff.
* Excellent communication skills to foster a positive working environment.
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in culinary operations.
* Background in hospitality with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
* Culinary experience with the ability to create diverse menu offerings.
* Familiarity with barista techniques is an advantage for managing beverage services.
