Salary Range: Leadership Spine 8‑12 (£61,534‑£67,898)

The Directors of Emmaus Catholic Multi Academy Company, together with the Diocesan Education Service, wish to appoint an ambitious, experienced and suitably qualified practising Catholic to the post of Vice Principal at St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School, Droitwich.
St Joseph’s Droitwich is a beautiful primary school situated off Ombersley Way which serves the surrounding area. It is a popular, nurturing and outward‑looking school with happy, motivated, and well‑behaved children. We have an excellent staff team, a supportive and knowledgeable Local Governing Body and strong links with our local parish.
About the Role
The successful candidate will support the newly appointed Principal in continuing to raise standards and further enhance the curriculum so that it enriches the lives of our children, makes learning engaging and fun, and ensures every child’s talents are developed to the full.
Actual roles and responsibilities will depend on the candidate. However, we would prefer the successful candidate to have the expertise and vision to lead Religious Education, experience of whole‑school improvement and the ability to develop the curriculum to ensure St Joseph’s children reach their potential.

* Practical Catholic, meeting the faith requirement.
* Experience in whole‑school improvement and curriculum development.
